Timber floors are designed to be highly durable with low maintenance, taking good care of your floors and using preventative measures will help maintain your beautiful floors.
Clean floors regularly- Use only recommended flooring products. Suitable methods include using a mop, a soft broom, or vacuum with soft brush. Do not use excess water when cleaning.
Wipe all spillages immediately.
Avoid using oil soaps, liquid, or other household products on floors.
Install mats at all external entrances, avoid using rubber.
Use floor protectors under heavy pieces of furniture.
Remove shoes, heels and damaged soles can damage timber floors.
Keep animal nails trimmed.
Regularly move rugs and mats to reduce spot fading.
